1. Shipping Costs & Delivery Countries

We deliver to all countries within Europe. Depending on the destination and region, shipments are handled flexibly by our shipping partners DHL, UPS, or DPD.

Shipping Within Germany

  • For orders up to a value of €99.98: a flat shipping fee of €6.99 applies.
  • For orders of €99.99 or more: shipping is free of charge.

Shipping to Other European Countries (EU)

  • For orders up to a value of €139.98: a flat shipping fee of €14.99 applies.
  • For orders of €139.99 or more: shipping is free of charge.

2. Delivery Times & Order Processing

We understand how exciting it is to wait for a package. That's why we process every order as quickly as possible. Our internal processing time is generally just one business day.

  • Delivery within Germany: 1–3 business days (up to a maximum of 5 business days, depending on the recipient's region).
  • Delivery to other European countries: 5–10 business days (depending on the recipient's region).

Please note that orders are not processed and deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

Through Shopify Payments and our direct payment integrations, we offer the following secure payment methods:
